Hours of Operation

We are open to the public Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and we are open in the Moses Lake office until 6:00pm on Thursday to accommodate the 5:00pm health card class. Our Ephrata phone number is: 509-754-6060. Our Moses Lake phone number is: 509-766-7960. Please click here to see our clinic hours. We are closed the last Friday of each month until 1:00pm for All Staff Meetings.
