Sage Roots

Have you given birth in the lasFlyert 5 years and are looking for a community to connect with? Come join Sage Roots!

Sage Roots is a free support group for birthing parents of babies up to 5 years old.

We meet on:

Odd-numbered Saturdays from 2-3 pm at Embrace Women’s Health and Midwifery Care (827 E Colonial Ave, Moses Lake, WA).

This is a welcoming space to share the ups and downs of parenting. Sometimes we discuss parenting topics, we always check in with each other, and there’s usually time for questions.

Babies in arms are welcome! (Please make other arrangements for older children as childcare is not provided.)
